If money was no object, I’m sure you’d be doing what you love doing. Okay, I know what you’re about to say, “but we can’t live without money, like literally can’t live at all!” But wait, if you have the internet, the time and the ability to read this, are you sure you won’t be able to live AT ALL if you aren’t doing what you love? We all have a dream. When we were small, our teachers loved to ask about our aspirations. I still remember some of my classmates said when they grew up, they wanted to be a musician, a painter, a basketball player….What now? Most of them have given up their dreams and just stick to a stable job with good or even average salary. I know you have this experience too, hearing friends complaining about their jobs and how much they hate their work; yet they still stay at the same job because of the stability of the job and money. How long do you think you can live? We don’t have a really long life, so why are we still wasting time on something we don’t love doing? Why are we focusing so much on money which can’t be taken with when you die? If you’re not taking your first step, you’re far behind your dream forever. Think about what you love, what you’re passionate about, it’s worth your effort no matter what. There will be obstacles along the way as you’re trying to pursue your dream but hold on, you’ll get there because it’s just a matter of time.
